LM76 Stainless Steel Bearing has a 304 stainless steel shell which features our FDA/USDA compliant Teflon Composite, self lubricating liner. Available in closed & open configurations from 1/4" ID - 1.5" ID.

Fluidline Bearing
LM76 Fluidline Linear Bearings are internally lubricated Thermoplastic Polyester which provides for enhanced wear and chemical inertness. Fluidline Linear Bearings are self-lubricating, low friction, light-weight, low wear material and are excellent in applications which require FDA, USDA and 3A compliance. These bearings are available in standard off-the-shelf sizes which offer a drop-in replacement for all inch & metric Linear Ball Bearings. Fluidline Linear Bearings feature excellent wash-down resistance and a stunning operational smoothness when matched with our ceramic coated aluminum shafting (also FDA/USDA compliant). Standard Pillow Block and Flange Block assemblies are also available.

Ceramic Bearing with FDA Liner
LM76 Ceramic Bearing with FDA Liner offers a ceramic coated shell (FDA/USDA compliant) coupled with our FDA/USDA compliant liner. This style is less expensive and 1/4 the weight of our stainless shell. Available in closed & open configurations from 1/4" ID - 1.5" ID. Direct drop-in replacement for all inch Linear Ball Bearings.

Slide Rail Bearing
LM76 Slide Rail Bearing & Slide Systems, rail and block are ceramic coated while the block employs our FDA/USDA compliant, self lubricating liner. Slide Rail Bearings and Slides are dimensioned in inch, not metric. Slide Rail Bearings represent the latest in sliding friction - low profile rail guide technology. Slide Rail's unique 45 degree load plane ensures high load capacity coupled with easy, quiet linear motion. Slide Rails are FDA/USDA compliant.
NOTE: due to the differences between rolling and sliding friction, these systems are not interchangeable with IKO, THK, STAR, SCHNEEBERGER or their like. Slide rails are inch as opposed to metric. Please call for engineering review where moment (overturning) loads are present.
