INCREASED CORROSION RESISTANCE: ARMOLOY®
In difficult or Corrosive application IDA MOTION can offer Armoloy® TDC coating for its Linear Ball Guides. Armoloy® TDC Will improve corrosion resistance of bearings in most chemical or water environments and be compatible or exceed that of 440C stainless Steel. Armoloy coating also has the added benefit of longer wear life than Stainless Steel due to its higher surface hardness (78HRc) and immediate cost savings realised fro the use of non stainless parts.
